長めの出張中で栄養不足になっていたところで、野菜をたくさん取りたく来店。予想はしていたが9割インバウンド客。 どのスタッフさんも親切だったが、髪型がボブの女性が素敵だった。常に笑顔で誰に対してもどんな状況でも優しく、自分も常にその状態を保てるのかふと考えてしまったほど笑 初歩的な質問をしてしまった時も笑顔で返してくださり、うれしかった。こういったインバウンド客が多いお店で接客に疲れて塩対応されることはよくあることは多々あるので。 特に印象的だったのは、自分の隣にいた某国からのインバウンドの親子がお行儀悪く、もらった卵をいきなりお子さんご自身の服にこぼして騒がしかった。 「正直、私はこういった光景何度も見たことがあるぞ」と怪訝な顔して見てしまっていた。そのご家族が拭くものを頼むために店員さんを呼び、その際その女性店員がやってきて、とても親切に対応をしていた。座席周りを綺麗にするだけでなく、こぼしたお子さんの服を一生懸命ふいていてなんて優しいんだろうと感動してしまった。「こぼした本人が悪いし、こぼした本人もしくは親御さんがちゃんと面倒見るべきなのに。」と思った自分はかなり冷たい人間なのかな、と反省さえもした。 味は正直一般的なしゃぶしゃぶレストランで、ハズレなく楽しめた という状況だが、出張のタイミングで黙々と1人で食事していた中、女性スタッフさんのやさしさに触れ、色々考えさせられたよい時間だった。 乾燥が情緒ですみませんが、また出張で栄養とりたくなったら来店したいと思います！

金曜日の平日１１時に訪問。男性の1人客３組と海外と思われる方が２組。店員さんの対応は丁寧で気持ちが良い。安い食べ放題を選んだので、お肉の質は決して良いとも言えませんが、満足しました。肉とアイスにカレーなどで、他店に比べバリエーションが少ないと思いました。 アイスの種類はかなりあり、楽しめますが、温度管理ができてないのか、カチカチて取りにくかった。温度管理をしっかりお願いします。再訪はありです

どうやらイオンモールKYOTOのエディオンやドンキにある店舗と同じ系列の様子。なので、今回も豚しゃぶのコースを注文 ただ、京都イオンという立地にあるので他店舗と違ってかなり混む。土日の昼間だと1時間ほど待たされる 店内は広いが、バイキング形式の野菜や白米がレジ近くに固まっているので座席によってはかなり距離があるのが面倒 肝心の料理は他店舗と遜色ない為、一定のクオリティは保っている。他店舗と違ってカットされた香味野菜が置いてあるのもポイント あと、相変わらずこの系列の店舗は中華系決済アプリは多数対応していてもau payなど一部日系決済アプリは対応してないのが少し面倒。日本の企業なんだからいい加減中国人観光客ばかり意識せずに日本のメジャーな決済アプリぐらい対応するようにして欲しい

I stopped by Shabu-Shabu Tajimaya in Kyoto, and it felt like a really satisfying and memorable meal during my trip. It has a reputation for serving quality wagyu and offering an all-you-can-eat style option, which makes it a great spot if you want to eat well without overthinking your choices. The atmosphere inside felt lively but still relaxed. I could take my time, cook at my own pace, and enjoy the meal without feeling rushed. It felt like a nice balance between a social dining experience and a comfortable place to unwind. Overall, my visit to Shabu-Shabu Tajimaya felt like a highlight in terms of food. The restaurant is located in a mall and the wait time isn't long.Or, on crowded days, you can get a queue number and go for a walk while you wait.  I eat here often because there are many options to choose from, whether it's shabu-shabu or sukiyaki, and you can choose to have a buffet or a set menu. It's also good for days when you don't want to eat a lot, as the set menus include access to the salad bar. They also have an English menu, which makes it easy to understand.
